Meet the Kinderhuis Montessori Campus Staff:  Bill Hill - Owner After completing his B. Sc. at the University of Western Ontario, Bill joined the Toronto Police Service.  Within a few years with the police service Bill's strengths were best used in an educational capacity.  Upon leaving the Training Unit, Bill spent many years with ING Direct as a Business Analyst.  Concurrently, Bill completed his real estate representative training and he currently works with Coldwell Banker selling both residential and commercial properties.  Throughout Bill's professional life, he has always veered toward an educational role which may have stemmed from the fact that both of Bill's parents were teachers in the publich board of education.  This focus on education has proven beneficial to Kinderhuis Montessori as he understands and supports the demands of the teaching profession especially the Lower Elementary Program.  Bill's current role is Principal and Operational Manager as well as running the food program. Miss Cindy - Casa Directress & Supervisor  Miss Cindy attended Carleton University and Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Languages.  Cindy's over 14 years of Montessori experience and AMS Certification developed our interpretation of the Montessori philosophy and the foundation for the development of our family friendly environment.  As well, Cindy's training fulfills the necessary licensing requirements to operate under the Day Nursery Act with the Montessori focus. Miss Cindy's involvement with the school includes the areas of staffing, curriculum and student advancement. Miss Michelle - Casa Directress   Michelle graduated with high honours from the Montessori Education Program at Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning and just completed her first full academic year in the classroom.  Outside of her work here at Kinderhuis, Michelle volunteers her time as a chiropractic assistant and is proudly the leader of the children's ministry at her church.  Among many of Michelle's skills is a high attention to detail when presenting and making materials for the classroom.  Michelle looks forward to applying her knowledge, dedication, skills and high standards here at Kinderhuis Montessori.
